Newcastle major applications are now available

Work Signals publishes Newcastle City Council’s list of current major applications open to consultation. Each record includes the council reference, location, proposal and a link to its official application. This is major applications only: it does not provide complete Newcastle planning-register coverage or include smaller and householder applications.

Dates and application outcomes

The list does not supply application received, validation or decision dates. Those fields remain unrecorded. The list-check date tells you when we collected this list; it is not an application date. Choose Newcastle upon Tyne with no date limit to see these records. The council lists them as open to consultation; check the official register for the latest outcome.

Daily checks and neighbouring councils

The council list is checked in the daily collection starting at 06:20 UK time. Collection failures retain the previous validated snapshot and remain visible in the feed monitor. Gateshead, North Tyneside, Northumberland and County Durham also have published records. South Tyneside and Sunderland are awaiting validated first collections.

Source and scope
