Recent recorded activity within 90 days. Summaries reflect work categories; trade labels suggest relevance, not confirmed jobs. An evidence score is not a prediction of winning work.

The London search now includes authorities intersecting the London borough boundary plus 10 miles. It combines published borough records with neighbouring council feeds as they pass validation. Collection covers whole council areas, so records may extend beyond the 10-mile boundary.
Try a separate council search for Elmbridge, Epping Forest, Dartford or Guildford to focus on nearby projects. Check the live map and each council's publication status; some neighbours are still awaiting their first validated import.

Each guide opens a free search for that council area. These boroughs have published planning records in Work Signals; the inventory updates as validated collections are published.

Research building and trade opportunities across London
Use a borough guide when you know your working area, or search London for a preview across published borough coverage. A full site postcode helps narrow the search. Members can refine the list by work type and proposal keywords, save a private shortlist and choose optional alerts.
Choose a search that suits your work
For household building work, try extensions, dormers and conversions. Commercial teams can explore offices, shopfronts and changes of use. Energy and roofing teams should look for explicit solar, roof or plant proposals and check the stated scope. The borough guides offer different local search ideas without treating planning applications as confirmed jobs.
London coverage and its limits
These guides cover the 27 London council areas with validated records published in Work Signals. The collection uses the Planning London Datahub; it can be affected by source delays and record-quality checks. The directory shows collected-record counts, while each free search returns its own matching total.
The following six configured feeds have not passed publication checks: Brent, Bromley, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hounslow, Kensington and Chelsea, Redbridge. They do not have published borough guides here. Development-corporation coverage is not silently included in the borough totals.
Check a proposal before you shortlist it
Compare the application reference, address, scope, date and recorded status with the original source. A proposal does not establish an available contract, the identity of a property owner or a request to be contacted. London sale, EPC and company evidence should be checked on each record rather than assumed from the area.
Read the coverage and source notes, or explore the official Planning London Datahub.

Pro is £50/month for one user, with full signal details, saved searches, private shortlists and optional daily alerts. Planning records are research starting points, not confirmed jobs or exclusive customer enquiries.
