Search the available North Yorkshire registers together

The North Yorkshire search includes the county scheme register, the seven former district registers and the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. The county feed covers county schemes, minerals and waste; it does not contain every district planning application. The register list above shows which collections have reached publication.

County coverage and the extra 10-mile reach

The new reach takes the whole North Yorkshire council boundary plus 10 miles. It configures the intersecting surrounding council areas, including York, Leeds, East Riding of Yorkshire, County Durham and others shown on our coverage map. Search those neighbours separately: the North Yorkshire preview groups its own ten registers.

Match proposals to your services

Builders and architectural teams can review extensions, conversions and proposed buildings. Energy specialists can research solar, heat pumps and retrofit proposals where the collected record supports them. Review the original register, application dates, decision and conditions, especially where National Park or heritage policies apply.

Sources and coverage

Supplementary planning records are collected through UK PlanIt from council sources. Coverage varies by register and may include older activity. Check the live map, inventory and source dates, and use the original council register to confirm a record.
